Ashby Decoy Golf Club: Course Map
Founded in 1935, Ashby Decoy Golf Club was originally a farm estate. Over the years, it has been carefully developed into a superb 18-hole golf course. Rich in local wildlife, the course provides a great challenge for golfers at all levels.
The 18-hole par 71, 6,237 yards white (6,012 yellow, 5.372 red) summer course at Ashby Decoy is flat and beautifully enhanced with fine specimens of indigenous silver birch and oak trees. There are also 2 excellent par 4 practice holes, which become part of the course during the winter months, to allow repair work to be carried out on the main course.
The course features five par-3s and the course's memorable holes are arguably the 7th (The Avenue) and the 16th (James' Folly). Visiting parties are welcome all year round and there are some great value golf packages available.
