Ashby Decoy is very fortunate to have Tony Clark as its Chef. Trained at The Kensington Hotel in London, Tony has demonstrated his skills at other high profile venues including the Gleneagles Caledonian Hotel.
In 2017, The Restaurant and function room had a complete refurbishment and upgrade, providing a bright and modern venue for social occasions. This is complimented by the excellent views across the golf course from The Restaurant / lounge and from both patios.
Our catering team led by Tony will deliver a first-class service, and our dishes are cooked to order using fresh local produce.
We require a chef or cook to work mostly days, but some evening work required for functions.
Average 40 hours per week, good rates of pay.
All food is freshly prepared daily to a high standard.
