Tony Clark the new Chef is now fully established at Ashby Decoy Golf Club.
Tony trained in London at the Kensington Hotel and has plied his trade at amongst other venues, the Gleneagles Caledonian Hotel, Executive Chef at Forest Pines and was recently Executive Chef at Healing Manor.
At Ashby Decoy Tony is open for business everyday during the winter from 12:00 to 5:00pm unless by previous arrangement.
Sunday Lunches are available every Sunday during the same hours.
